Abstract template
Please prepare your abstract using the following word template.
Save your file with the naming convention:
AUTHOR_CTW2020_talk.doc or AUTHOR_CTW2020_poster.doc.
Ensure that your submission includes:
  • Presenting author (including affiliation)
  • Contact email for presenting author
  • Coauthors (including affiliation)
  • Abstract text
Note that preference will be given to oral presentation abstracts submitted by students.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
A PC running Windows 10 will be provided. Presentations will be displayed using Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 365 edition) on a screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio. Authors should aim for presentation of ~20 minutes. In a true workshop atmosphere, ample time will be built in the program to allow for discussion.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Posters presenters will have up to 4 x 8 ft. Please indicate your poster size along with your abstract submission.
The posters will be in the same room as the oral presentations and will be available for viewing throughout the duration of the workshop. If you wish to bring your poster to the Friday evening Icebreaker, please do so. But all posters will need to be set up on Saturday morning at the primary meeting venue.
